Trio Mio Favorites

I watch The Flog that Felicia Day hosts usually once a weekish.  Part of her broadcast is a thing called Trio Mio.  It used to be the Fav Five, but then she decided that Trio Mio was a better list, so umm, we got stuck with it.  A full collection of these can be found here: http://pinterest.com/geekandsundry/trio-mio-things/

Anywho, I have been entertained more than once by the Trio Mio selection and let me just say the holiday edition of the Flog host by Robin was hilarious and I loved them all.  And in fact, she went all out and did 4 because well, she was hosting and that means she can do what she wants.  I heart Robin.  Here she is!



My favorite link from this episode was the Stacked Wines she was drinking.  What a fun invention! That's what you bring to a party!

Here are some other favorites from the Trio Mio's over the last year.

The Product Farm - Really cool products like cereal to go, Skittles dispensers, wine sippy cups.  BUT the really cool thing is if you have an idea for something that you can't find anywhere or no one has ever made it, these guys will make it for you!  How awesome is that?

Jigidi - Do you like to waste time on the internet?  Well this website is an assortment of pictures which you can solve as puzzles!  I love puzzles, but I don't have the space for them and now I have a little one that would rather eat the pieces than let me use them to finish my masterpiece, so yeah.  Way better option and a lot of fun!

LittleBits - Straight from their website "littleBits is an opensource library of electronic modules that snap together with magnets for prototyping, learning and fun."  I think this would be perfect for kids to get them interested in math and science.  And for us geeky adults that want nifty play things. 

Pixton - For you creative folk, maybe you want to make your own comic strip!  This would be the place to test your talents and see if you have what it takes to write a comic. 

Written Kitten - And lastly, something for the writers of the world out there.  Maye you need motivation to write and maybe your motivation would be getting rewarded by a picture of a kitten every 100, 200, 500, or 1,000 words.  This could be your cure for writers block!
