Strawberry Mimosas

I needed another reason to use my champagne flutes, so I decided to make a cocktail from my Cocktails! board now that I can actually have them again.

It was totally tasty and pretty simple.  I think I would strain the strawberry puree since you get a lot of seeds, and in fact it might be easier to just add strawberry syrup instead.  Either way, I got a fruit serving and a bit of bubbly in for the morning. ;)
